As a factory with 15 years of experience, it is easy to fall into the old pattern. To improve the production management efficiency of the factory, we organize a factory visit every year. There are many excellent factories with integrated R&D in Guangdong Province. Visiting and exchanging experiences can help us learn the latest production processes and keep up with the market.

On June 10, our team of engineers, salesmen, and factory managers visited 4 excellent factories. The itinerary included visiting production lines, new products, and asking them for experience. The organizational structure, R&D process, and service skills of excellent factories gave us a lot of inspiration. After the trip, the team members summarized the reference experience and made adjustments to our processes.
